Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle all spa bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using spa management software.
- Answer phones promptly, professionally, and courteously, providing detailed information about spa services, promotions, and packages.
- Process payments for services and retail products, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, ensuring brochures and displays are well-stocked and presentable.
- Educate guests on spa etiquette, procedures, and facilities to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to manage schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote and up-sell spa services, retail products, and loyalty programs.
- Assist with inventory management of retail products and operational supplies.
- Prepare daily reports, reconcile cash and credit card transactions, and manage petty cash.
- Adhere strictly to all spa policies, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably within a hotel, spa, or luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using spa management software (e.g., Opera, Book4Time, or similar systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
