Job Description
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Staff with an immediate start at Molapo Lodge in Peka, Leribe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, upholding the high standards of service and cleanliness that Molapo Lodge is known for. The role is dynamic and may involve various duties across different departments, including front desk assistance, housekeeping, food and beverage support, and general guest services. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in the dining area or through room service, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry services, ensuring linens and towels are clean and ready for use.
- Support inventory management for supplies in various departments, reporting shortages.
- Perform general maintenance tasks or report issues to relevant personnel for timely resolution.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures of the lodge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
