Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchenware, tableware, and cooking utensils.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Assist with the proper storage and rotation of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with hotel policies.
- Transport food and beverage items, equipment, and supplies between different hotel areas.
- Assist chefs and culinary staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain an organized and tidy work environment at all times.
