Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all designated areas, including guest rooms (if applicable), public spaces, restrooms, and back-of-house operations.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment responsibly and safely.
- Replenish supplies in various areas, ensuring consistent availability.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, banquet halls, and conference rooms.
- Transport linens, amenities, and other supplies as needed throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and hotel policies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including front office, kitchen, and food & beverage teams, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Perform general duties as assigned by supervisors to support hotel operations.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a hotel or hospitality environment.
