Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linen and towels.
  • Support kitchen and dining room staff with basic tasks, dishwashing, and setting up/clearing tables.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, relaying complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks or report significant issues to the maintenance team.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, reporting needs to management.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
