Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist with laundry operations, including washing, ironing, and folding linens and towels.
- Support front desk operations by assisting guests with inquiries, luggage handling, and basic check-in/check-out procedures.
- Help in food and beverage service areas, including setting up dining spaces, serving guests, and clearing tables.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs or fixing minor leaks, and report major issues promptly.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms, restrooms, and other designated areas as needed.
- Provide attentive, courteous, and prompt service to guests, anticipating and addressing their needs proactively.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations of the hotel and local authorities.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with other hotel staff across various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with special events, conferences, or functions as required, ensuring guests' needs are met.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a diverse team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting (up to 20kg), and standing for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read instructions and handle simple transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, guesthouse, or hospitality-related environment is a plus but not mandatory.

- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and operating standard cleaning equipment.
