Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Help with setting up and clearing dining areas, conference rooms, or event spaces as required.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, promptly addressing requests or escalating issues to management.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and ensuring all necessary amenities are available.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the appropriate department.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless hotel operations and a positive work environment.
