Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, presenting menus and daily specials clearly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and reset dining areas according to established procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies, ensuring the dining area is always prepared for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and storage areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any dining-related issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or reputable restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
