Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in the dining area.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests or concerns.
- Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for special events or banquets as required.
