Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, offering menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all presentation and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting settings, and ensuring condiment stations are well-stocked.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to inquiries or requests to enhance their dining experience.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, striving to exceed guest expectations with every interaction.
- Assist with opening and closing duties for the dining area as required.
