Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, offering menus and daily specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all presentation and service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting settings, and ensuring condiment stations are well-stocked.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to inquiries or requests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, striving to exceed guest expectations with every interaction.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties for the dining area as required.
