Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (toiletries, towels, etc.) as required.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces thoroughly.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas, adhering to recycling policies where applicable.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to the supervisor or relevant department.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, storage rooms, and equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Ensure all cleaning products are used safely and stored correctly according to manufacturer guidelines.
Required Skills
