Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper for a live-out residential cleaning role in Shomolu, Lagos. This live-out position means you will commute to various client homes within Shomolu and surrounding areas. Flexibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are paramount. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks for residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas, ensuring hygienic standards are met.
  • Polish furniture, clean interior windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Empty waste bins and manage refuse according to household guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed in the residence to the client or supervisor.
  • Replenish household supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy living environment, including light tidying of personal belongings.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with clients regarding cleaning schedules, specific instructions, or concerns.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the allocated timeframe.
  • Handle delicate items and surfaces with care and attention.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of various cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning.
