Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, and restrooms.
  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms/apartments, ensuring privacy and respect for personal belongings.
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Adhere to strict health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
  • Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in housekeeping or environmental services, preferably in a residential, hospitality, or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using various cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
