Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, and restrooms.
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms/apartments, ensuring privacy and respect for personal belongings.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
- Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in housekeeping or environmental services, preferably in a residential, hospitality, or healthcare setting.
