Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including guest rooms, restrooms, common areas, and offices, to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and polish all surfaces, ensuring a spotless environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities according to established procedures.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to supervision promptly.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
- Organize and restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift, bend, push, and pull.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
