As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises. Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising all assigned guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to the highest standards.
- Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities such as toiletries and fresh towels.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and dusting furniture and fixtures.
- Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper disposal of refuse.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Stocking, organising, and maintaining housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour with guests and colleagues alike.

- Proven ability to clean and maintain rooms to a high standard.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
