Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities according to established procedures.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces thoroughly.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
- Empty waste bins and transport dirty linen to laundry areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to management.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role (at least 6 months).
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
