Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities according to established procedures.
  • Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces thoroughly.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
  • Empty waste bins and transport dirty linen to laundry areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to management.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role (at least 6 months).
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina and endurance to perform duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and pushing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
