Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, corridors, and service areas as directed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and efficiently, and stored properly after use.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linen and towels, if required.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
