Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Remove trash and soiled linens from rooms and transport to designated areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour with guests and colleagues.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as required.
