Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all furniture and fixtures.
- Clean, sanitize, and polish bathrooms and other surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, fulfilling requests as able.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of corridors and stairwells.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
