Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and wipe down surfaces to ensure pristine conditions.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms (e.g., toiletries, towels, linens) and common areas.
- Make beds neatly and replace soiled linen with fresh supplies.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linen.
