Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (e.g., towels, toiletries, minibar items) according to hotel standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and staff areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle and store cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linen.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries.
- Work cooperatively with other team members, including front desk, maintenance, and food and beverage staff.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift, push, and pull.

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to speak Sesotho and basic English.
