Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to luxury property standards and procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to guarantee immaculate cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective usage.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and routines, optimizing productivity without compromising quality.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing time off requests, and approving payroll.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
