Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming housekeeping supply deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain neat, orderly, and accessible storage areas for all supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning products, linens, toiletries, and other amenities.
  • Prepare and distribute supplies to various housekeeping departments as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in placing orders for new supplies, ensuring adequate stock is maintained.
  • Keep storage areas clean and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Rotate stock to ensure older items are used first, minimizing waste.
  • Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team regarding supply availability.
  • Support waste management and recycling efforts within the supply areas.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties related to supply management and departmental support.
