Job Description
We are actively seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Housekeeping Worker to immediately join our dedicated team in Mphaki, Quthing. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including guest rooms, public areas, and staff common rooms.
- Perform daily duties such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens and towels.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting (up to 20kg), pushing, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
