Job Description

We are actively seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Housekeeping Worker to immediately join our dedicated team in Mphaki, Quthing. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including guest rooms, public areas, and staff common rooms.
  • Perform daily duties such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials according to established procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens and towels.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting (up to 20kg), pushing, and standing for extended periods.
