Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in an office-based capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for all staff.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution support.
  • Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and professional development plans.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and regulatory changes.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Familiarity with California labor laws.
  • Experience in a similar industry (e.g., recruitment, staffing, professional services).
