Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of onboarding documents and materials for new hires.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual orientation sessions, welcome meetings, and training programs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees' initial inquiries regarding HR processes, benefits, and company policies.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring a smooth and positive virtual onboarding experience for all new team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to facilitate new hire technology setup and access.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and programs.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
