Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to global business leaders and employees.
- Drive the implementation of global HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and compensation reviews.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution across various jurisdictions.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support business objectives and foster employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws and regulations across all operational regions.
- Facilitate organisational development activities, including change management, team effectiveness, and cultural integration.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve HR processes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for global roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and new-hire experience.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a global or multi-national capacity
- Strong understanding of international HR best practices and employment law principles
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics
- Strategic thinking with an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, GPHR)
