Job Description

The Human Resources Partner – Global Team at Career.zycto is a pivotal role, responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and providing comprehensive support to our international workforce. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to global business leaders and employees.
  • Drive the implementation of global HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and compensation reviews.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution across various jurisdictions.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support business objectives and foster employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws and regulations across all operational regions.
  • Facilitate organisational development activities, including change management, team effectiveness, and cultural integration.
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve HR processes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for global roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and new-hire experience.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a global or multi-national capacity
  • Strong understanding of international HR best practices and employment law principles
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, GPHR)
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing or complex global matrix organisation
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to global operations
  • Experience with change management methodologies and organisational design
  • A proven track record of implementing successful global talent management or development programs
