Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot common HVAC issues under supervision.
- Help with the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Handle and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures diligently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Attend training sessions and complete coursework as required for apprenticeship progression.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support HVAC operations.
