Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of HVAC systems, including heating units, cooling systems, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using schematics, manuals, and testing equipment.
- Install, replace, and commission new HVAC equipment as per specifications and local regulations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure system longevity, efficiency, and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and offering effective, lasting solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service, repairs, and parts used, utilizing digital systems.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and mechanical components of diverse HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, air flow dynamics, and advanced control systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and comfortably work in various confined spaces and elevated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HVAC (e.g., Kälteanlagenbauer, Anlagenmechaniker SHK, or equivalent recognized qualification in Germany).
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or smart home automation technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of energy efficiency principles and sustainable HVAC solutions.
- Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) to effectively communicate with clients and team.
- Experience working with a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
