Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, chillers, and boilers.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and execute timely repairs.
- Calibrate thermostats, adjust refrigerant levels, and ensure proper airflow and ventilation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards.
- Document all service and installation actions, including materials used and hours worked.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system status, repair options, and maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and parts.
- Provide emergency on-call service as needed, potentially outside regular business hours.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, specifically in installation and repair.
