Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems, including residential, commercial, and light industrial units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment, using specialized tools and diagnostic software.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and lubricating moving parts.
- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, humidistats, and heat exchangers.
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections, ensuring compliance with all local codes and manufacturer specifications.

- Maintain accurate records of all service, repair, and installation activities.

Required Skills
