Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Support in the deployment of new hardware and software, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary.

Required Skills
