Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person, logging and tracking all incidents in our ticketing system.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office applications.
  • Assist with the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and documentation of IT procedures.
  • Assist in user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
  • Conduct routine system checks and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Educate users on IT best practices and system usage to enhance productivity and security.
  • Participate in IT projects as assigned, contributing to system upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
