Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in comprehensive training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Provide basic technical support to end-users, addressing common IT problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and incident reports accurately.
  • Learn to monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to appropriate senior staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT workspace.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and software applications.
