Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial automation systems and components.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks and calibrations on PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and robotic systems.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to facilitate maintenance and repair.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations accurately and thoroughly.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in the setup and testing of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and other maintenance teams.
- Actively participate in training programs and continuous learning to enhance technical skills.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
