Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and vet potential influencers and content creators aligned with client brand values and campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies for influencer partnerships, securing optimal terms and pricing.
- Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial contact and contract finalization to content review and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and account managers to ensure influencer activities integrate seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives.
- Monitor influencer trends, competitor activities, and platform changes to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.
- Ensure all influencer activations comply with relevant advertising standards, disclosure guidelines, and brand safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, media buying, or digital advertising negotiation.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and their influencer ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building rapport and managing relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms, CRM software, and project management tools.
