Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Influencer Marketing & Media Negotiation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Identify, vet, and build strong, lasting relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and media partners across various platforms.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with influencers and media outlets to secure optimal value and reach for client campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, content review, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new platforms to identify emerging opportunities in influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal PR, digital marketing, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all influencer activities comply with relevant advertising standards, regulations, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a robust database of influencers, media contacts, and campaign performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, media buying, or PR, with a focus on negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and their analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and secure advantageous partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in project management and campaign coordination.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
