Career.zycto is seeking an astute and experienced Influencer Marketing & Media Negotiation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote-option role offers the flexibility to work from Zvishavane, Midlands Province, while collaborating with a global network of brands and influencers. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with relevant social media influencers across various platforms to amplify our clients’ marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to master the art of negotiation, ensuring optimal rates and terms that align with campaign budgets and objectives, while fostering strong, lasting relationships with influencers and their representatives.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, market trends, and performance metrics. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign involvement, from initial research and outreach to contract finalization and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and vet suitable influencers and content creators across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) based on campaign objectives and target demographics.
- Proactively initiate and manage outreach to influencers and their management, effectively pitching campaign concepts and partnership opportunities.
- Skillfully negotiate favorable rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with influencers to secure optimal value and ROI for client campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality influencers and media contacts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and client teams to ensure influencer strategies align with overall campaign goals and branding guidelines.
- Monitor influencer campaign performance, track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Draft and review influencer contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and legally sound.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing and media negotiation.
- Manage campaign budgets related to influencer remuneration, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign progress, results, and learnings for internal teams and clients.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, talent management, or media negotiation.
