As our Influencer Marketing & Media Negotiation Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and negotiation to campaign management, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis. This includes expertly identifying relevant influencers whose audience demographics and content align with target markets, crafting compelling proposals, and skillfully negotiating favorable terms and contracts to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recruit suitable influencers and media partners whose brand and audience align with campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies and campaigns across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, compensation, and deliverables with influencers and their agents, ensuring cost-effectiveness and favorable terms.
- Manage campaign logistics, including content review, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, providing comprehensive reports and actionable insights.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and media contacts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and digital media.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, media buying, or digital partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of securing impactful partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, audience demographics, and content best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and report on campaign ROI.
