In this critical role, you will be instrumental in upholding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information assets, ensuring our operations align perfectly with national and international regulatory frameworks and internal policies. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape our security posture and champion a culture of compliance across the organization.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our information security compliance programs, playing a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating information security risks. Your expertise will guide us through complex regulatory landscapes such as GDPR, ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, and other relevant data protection and privacy laws. You will serve as a key advisor to various departments, translating complex compliance requirements into actionable strategies and fostering a deep understanding of security best practices throughout our workforce.

We are looking for a professional who thrives on intellectual challenge and possesses a strong commitment to continuous improvement. You will not only identify gaps but also drive the remediation process, working collaboratively with IT, legal, and operational teams. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively articulate compliance needs and security risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you are passionate about cybersecurity, possess a keen understanding of regulatory compliance, and are ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, we encourage you to apply.
