Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and market positioning.
- Identify, research, and evaluate new technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and prototyping phases of new products, services, or business models.
- Manage the innovation pipeline, from initial concept through to successful launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation and empowering teams to contribute creative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, startups, and academic institutions to leverage external expertise.
- Measure and analyze the impact of innovation initiatives, reporting on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Champion intellectual property generation and protection for new developments.
- Present innovation strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting.
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and agile development processes.

Preferred Qualifications
