Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients via phone or video conference.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activity.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client retention and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1.5 years (18 months) of proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the recruitment or business services industry.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation platforms.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
