Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through various channels.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to prospective clients.
  • Present products/services effectively and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales or sales coordination role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
