Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Present Career.zycto's talent solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet specific business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Proven 2+ years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
