Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze target audience characteristics to define learning objectives and desired outcomes.
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training (ILT) programs, job aids, and multimedia content.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to create effective and learner-centered solutions.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
- Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and design documents for various learning modalities.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and learning sciences.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
