Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on insurance policies and coverage options.
- Process new insurance applications, renewals, and policy amendments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end claims process, including gathering documentation, liaising with adjusters, and communicating updates to clients.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and claims procedures in clear, understandable language.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, policy details, and claims status in the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate and beneficial to the client.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with product knowledge and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an insurance advisory, policy administration, or claims processing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance principles, products, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA guidelines).
