Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess clients' insurance needs through in-depth consultations.
- Present and explain various insurance products and policies to English-speaking clients.

- Process insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills
- Valid provincial insurance license (e.g., General Insurance, Life & Accident Sickness) or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
