Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Insurance Agents to join our expanding team in Ingleside, Mandeville. As an Insurance Agent, you will be instrumental in both sales and claims support, serving as a trusted advisor to our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Present clear and compelling insurance proposals, explaining policy features, benefits, and terms effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new policies and renewals.
  • Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and premium collection.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims submission and resolution process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and fostering loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.
  • Manage and organize client information using CRM systems and other administrative tools.
