Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' specific insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell a diverse portfolio of insurance products (e.g., life, health, general, property & casualty) to individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain a robust client base, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients diligently through the claims process, from initial reporting to final settlement.
- Gather and verify necessary documentation for claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Act as a compassionate point of contact for clients during claims, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and claims processing efficiency metrics on a consistent basis.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes through continuous professional development.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress using our CRM system.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year experience preferred, but not strictly required for highly motivated individuals).
