Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with clients to understand their financial goals and risk exposures.
- Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, property, general) clearly and persuasively.
- Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual and business client requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate insurance applications and related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
- Guide clients through the claims process, providing clear instructions and empathetic support.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to facilitate smooth and efficient claims resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Existing network within the Mona, St. Andrew community.
